Terrible. Marc replaced older dryer venting with newer venting to support my new dryer. Problem is that he did not replace all of the venting; he actually used some of the old (out of code) plastic vents instead of replacing with new aluminum. So $600 later, my dryer vent is still a fire hazard. I tried to reach Marc on his cell phone; Verizon says it's out of service. Shoddy service.

We had an energy audit done by Mass Save and they required us to install a vent on the clothes dryer in the basement to exhaust to the exterior of the house. We called Marc on a Sunday and he called back right away and said that he could stop by the next day. He arrived on time on Monday and we told him about the energy audit. He seemed to understand and looked at all possible angles from our clothes dryer to the outside walls and chose the one with the shortest distance (approx 10ft). Marc gave a verbal estimate of 475. We told him to proceed and he was able to come the following day. He showed up on Tuesday around 4PM and finshed around 7PM. When we asked him to sign the "Contractor Evaluation Report" from Mass Save, he refused. He also left without providing an invoice. Hopefully, we can still apply for the Mass Save Pre-Weatherization Barrier Incentive....otherwise, this will be the MOST EXPENSIVE DRYER VENT INSTALLATION in history!!!! Costing us about 2750 dollars in insulation credits!

"The vent was over 20ft long had to fit in tight area and she told me after to Sigh paper work, I said no, when all they have to do is come back look at work and she will be allset"
