Horrible experience....took them to court but they lied on the stand.  review internet and you can find others with similar experiences.

He came the same day I initially inquired to evaluate the proposed work, bought the material, then called me to confirm and finalize an actual service date.   The work was done on the date we had agreed. I have since agreed with him on additional items I need.

He was reliable. He came and did the work satisfactorily and as requested. The price was fair. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

We were referred to Chris by Arch Painting to do prep for an exterior paint job. Arch had picked up on several problems we were also aware of and said Chris was someone they often turned to. Since we decided to go with Arch (based in part of their reviews) we talked with Chris and gave him the work. Chris is a professional guy who is proud of his work, but you shouldn't expect the kind of printed estimate, invoicing, email contact, etc. that some companies offer. We didn't have a problem with that informality. The work was performed well, on the schedule we had agreed to, and with good humor and flexibility. We were especially pleased with how the work on the supports, skirting and trellis of the raised room turned out -- looked much better then we had imagined it would and the work was a better solution than we had expected when we first realized we had a problem with rot in that area. Chris hit his estimate, with the caveat that the supports required significantly more work than expected. He had warned us that could be the case since he couldn't see everything prior to starting. The additional cost was modest and seemed reasonable for the additional effort -- and we were very happy with the result. After seeing that the work was going well we asked Chris to quote us for some additional interior work. We are likely to have him do it later in the year.
