Kasey and his crew did an amazing job. I called Kasey to come over to the house and get a quote for new garage doors and new motors. I met Kasey the next day. He measured everything, I picked the doors while he was there from his tablet. He ordered the doors and within a few weeks they arrived. His crew came over at 10 in the morning and worked until 9 at night to finish the job. Got 4 remotes and a touch pad for free. The doors work and look great.

Casey arrived on schedule, gave an estimate that turned out to be eerily accurate, and happened to have the parts to do the job immediately. He made sure the door was well-balanced and lubricated everything so the garage door is now noticeably quieter. Very quick and professional.

We have two garage doors. Both of them were very noisy when opening or closing. One of the lights didn't work. We asked KSE to come out and give them a tune up. They were amazing. We were able to agree on an appointment quickly and within one week we had the issues assessed and a plan to replace the opener units. One week later the installation was done. I'm very pleased with the quality of the units and installation, adjustments and clean up was top notch. This was as easy an experience as I could hope for. Kasey provided excellent service from start to finish. I called in the morning and I received same day service which was great! Kasey called mid-day with an update on his expected arrival time and then called to let me know when he was on his way which was very helpful. He figured out was wrong with the door right away and then resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend KSE and hire this company again.

Could not be more pleased. Kasey replied to my call on a Sunday and came out the next day, which was a holiday. He was punctual, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He identified the problem immediately and fixed it, gave me a guarantee for his work, and charged a very reasonable price; he did not charge me extra for coming on a holiday. KSE was responsive and professional. They fixed the garage door quickly and on the same day I called for an estimate. They explained everything they were doing and found and fixed a separate problem.

KSE was really great, responsive and punctual. I called them at the morning to explain the situation and the urgency. KSE came on the afternoon the same day to proceed the repair and installation. The whole process is very smooth and professional, it took about 1.5 hrs to complete the whole process including the cleaning. Overall I am very happy and I am now asking KSE to come to my other property to perform another job.

When the tech showed up, he asked about gaining access to the garage from the inside. I informed him that such access does not exist since the side of the garage that did have interior access was blocked off when we built a new bedroom into that area. Thankfully, the top panel to the garage door was slightly ajar, giving the tech enough room to reach in with a drill to remove a wheel from the track and the garage door was able to be opened. Once we had access to the garage, he assessed the setup, was able to determine where minor adjustments could be made to ensure that didn't happen again, made the adjustments, and tested the door several times to be sure it would open and close on its own via the electronic system. The tech was very friendly, probably spent no more than 20 minutes at my home, and offered to lube the hinges for me. Since he was also the owner, I was able to get some insight on the cost of a replacement opener system should I need to replace one down the road. Out of the four garage door servicing companies I contacted on Angie's List, KSE was the only one that responded back. I now will only be contacting KSE going forward should I need further work on my garage door.

Kasey was professional and very personable. He fixed the door in less than 30 minutes. He did not need to use any extra parts and it now goes up and down without a hitch. I would recommend KCE hands down for great service and knowledgeable professionals.

I called Casey in the evening about a broken extension spring, I appreciated him responding and scheduling to come out for the repair as soon as possible in the morning. He assessed carefully and provided options and fair estimates. After the repair, he made an adjustment (down!!) to his estimate when he found that a lighter gauge spring was actually needed to balance the door properly. He is honest and knowledgable. I will not hesitate to call on him for future garage door service.

Great! Kasey came out the same day I called and accomodated my schedule by stopping by that evening. He evaluated the problem, gave me options and an estimate. He fixed everything right on the spot. He didn't try to upsell me which I appreciated but I have a 10 year old unit and when it needs replacement I will definitely call him again.
