The KC Exterior team was very professional.   I contacted them 1 week prior to the job to get an estimate.  They told me that they will call me back within 2 days with an estimate.  Two days later they called back with a reasonable price, and we scheduled a date and time.  They arrived on time to successfully complete the job.

A great experience - I called and he came out and gave an estimate when he said he would.  Once I contacted him to do the job, he gave me an approximate time period of when he could come and he called the day he was able to fit us in.  The job area was clean, the gutter up wihtout issue.  It was a great experience.

Kevin visited the site afterI called seeking an estimate. He left a written estimate for me in my mailbox. I suggested a few dates and times that I preferred for the work to be performed, and he agreed to come on one of those dates. He and his assistant were punctual for the appointment, and Kevin was attentive when I described a problem I had with previous gutter installers that I used. While cleaning out the gutters, he and his assistant requested that I come outside, and they identified the likely cause for the gutter problem I had previously discussed. Great experience; would definitely recommend their services!

I am 100% satisfied with the work. For the quote, I did not have to be home(my choice) when the contractor(owner-installer) visited the property to see what work would need to be done. He left the price quote in the mailbox for my perusal. There was no pressure (he didn't contact me - I contacted him when I was ready). I liked the way he itemized all the work and even broke it down by price in case I wanted to hold off having some of the work done at a later time (if at all). He was very upfront about the work (he quoted new downspouts and elbows but said the existing ones were in pretty good condition and wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have them replaced - which I didn't). He and his assistant showed up on the scheduled date, on time, and the work went smoothly. "Cleanup" was meticulous. Payment was made at the completion of the job(I was not asked to make a down payment) - personal check was fine (he did not take charge cards). This business is licensed and registered as Home Improvement with the state (the license numbers appeared on the proposal and receipt). I highly recommend this business.
