Description of Work: Please note: the $850.00 was for two different jobs on 5/17/10 and 7/26/10. John did a complete yard clean out for me in May; tearing out brush and weeds, re-grading the property and laying down a new layer of topsoil. I called him again in August when I was getting a new hot tub. I needed a trench dug for the electrical and then refilled and mulch spread all around the yard. When I told John I was looking for a mason to pour a slab for the tub, John brought a guy he knew with him (I never got his card, or I would be giving him an A too!). In both instances, Johnny came to give the estimate right away, got back quickly with a crew to do the work and did not go over his estimate on either job.
