I recently J.T.haffey construction and remodeling company to remodel my apartment after a fire in the building and it was a complete disaster. From the moment I went over the items to fix, it was clear that this company was not professional because they had no idea what the insurance covered and sent wrong information. They overcharged me for their services, and the quality of their work was terrible. The workers were unskilled and did not take pride in their work. The communication from the company was terrible and they were always slow to respond to my questions and concerns. They wasted a lot of my time, and caused many delays throughout the project. The end result was not what I had hoped for, and I was left with a poorly constructed and remodeled space. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are a complete waste of time and money. Avoid them at all costs. The company also used low-quality materials that were not up to standard. I had to spend more time and money fixing their mistakes, and the end result was still not up to my expectations. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience, and I wish I had never hired this company in the first place. The communication from the company was also extremely poor. They never kept me informed about the progress of the project, and when I asked for updates, I was met with excuses and delays. This caused a lot of stress and frustration for me, as I was trying to plan and coordinate other aspects of the project. I would not recommend this construction and remodeling company to anyone. They do not live up to their promises, and they are not capable of delivering quality work. They are simply a waste of time and money. If you are looking for a reliable and professional company, look elsewhere.

He answered the call, took my information and told me he would go by my house, take some measurements and get back to me (he told me I did not have to be present). I never heard from him again.

They did a good job. They were good. I thought they were professional and responsive. I would use them in the future if needed.

The actual work went smoothly. They did what they were supposed to well, quickly, cleaned up, etc. The only problem I had was communications in confirming the order and follow through. Once those issues were addressed, everything went well.

They did a great job...the work was done well. They were very prompt and showed up when they said they would. They do a lot of work at my condo complex and coordination with the condo association was very easy. I was very pleased.

They pretty much replaced the entire roof. They were very responsive. Their price was reasonable.

They did a good job installing it and sealed it nicely, but the work in general was expensive. They came when they said they would come and were very nice to deal with.

It took a long time to schedule the work, dealing with insurance, and between J T Haffey's schedule and mine. When the work was begun, the workers worked four days, long hours, very hard working. I was impressed with the quality of their work. They were very friendly and organized.

It took a while to schedule the work, but once the workers came, they finished in a day, and cleaned up very carefully afterwards.

I had a roof leak that several others were unable to find. One guy wanted to put some tar on the roof, another said the whole roof needed to be redone. Billy hopped on the ladder, found the problem ( hole caused by "someone" chipping ice) and tried to fix it short term by caulking it for me..but further recommended ice and water shield to eliminate the ice dam issue. A week later i hired them to do the work and yesterday 3 hard working guys showed up. When I got home the roof was finished, and to my delight i found no evidence of their having been on site-- no errant shingles, no nails, no messy anything else. I will be calling this company again to see what else I can have them do for me. They are awesome and very fairly priced.

They were great. Showed up on time and did a good quality job. Did the job in a timely manner. Gave the estimate and stayed with it. They updated us on the cost. No surprises and ended up being the same as the original estimate.

I was very pleased with the work. The workers were neat, making sure to clean up after themselves. There were five workers on the job and they completed the roof in one day.
