Front door is on sideways and started shifting immediately after installation. He did not measure the door before purchasing, so it did not fit initially, but became worse over time. He tried to make the door fit using scraps of old wood from our basement. There are now huge gaps and the door will have to be replaced. Screen was poorly installed and I had to replace as soon as he left. Rear door latch never worked. Side door is marginally acceptable once I put in new thresholds to bring the floor up to the door level. John actually came on site a couple of times to look at the problems and said he needed to get tools but he never returned. I did talk to him on the phone and he said he would be in to fix the problem.
