Insulation Done Right

We couldn't be happier with the entire process. The job was done meticulously. Everyone was professional. All of our questions were answered. They took time to go through the space in length and even noticed additional spots that needed attention that they offered to fix within the budget that we had. Everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards. We have additional projects that we will be working on in the future and we will definitely use this company again.

Insulation Done Right was extremely easy to work with from first contact through final payment. Frank was very responsive to my initial request for proposal, he was very thorough in his review of the project and proposal. Once his crew was on site, all floors, windows, outlets, etc were well protected before any spray operations began. The crew worked at a great pace and completed the project in the duration Frank had committed to. There was a great attention to detail to ensure proper thicknesses were achieved and all areas were properly sealed and insulated. I would absolutely hire Insulation Done Right again.

Finding contractors, and finding contractors you can trust, is serious a challenge these days. Frank and his crew did a great job and really accommodated our needs when spray foaming our roof. We needed a crew that was also capable of coordinating with our roofers so they could spray in areas of the roof that were inaccessible from the attic. Frank's crew did that. They were all friendly, hard working, and never complained about coordination efforts. Frank is a great guy and someone I wouldn't hesitate to work with again. Highly recommended.

Dealing with Frank was a pleasure, a real standup guy. I had a very unique project and after dealing with at least 4 other companies who all wouldn't take the job, Frank came to the rescue. Their expertise and knowledge of their craft got the job done. Even though it was a difficult situation they took care of me at a great price and for that I am greatly appreciative. Frank at Insulation Done Right is knowledgeable, responsive and flexible. We have an old house (1880) and he had a lot of knowledge to share about best practices. They were great to work with from the first estimate through the day they showed up to start the job.

Excellent experience and awesome results. Frank answered all of our questions and scheduled his crew around our crazy schedule. Every member of the crew Paul, Franky and Andrew were professional, polite and they left our home cleaner than they found it. Excellent. I had to delay the work half a dozen times because my electricians from **** ran 1.5 months behind. Frank was always accommodating. Once I was ready he pulled out all the stops to get my house insulated quickly so I could finish up and move back home. These are the guys you want insulating your house!

Frank was a pleasure to work with from start to finish!!! He showed up early for the initial assessment, explained the process thoroughly and gave us additional pointers for our renovations. He was prompt to return phone calls and emails about questions we had. His crew showed up on time. They were efficient, professional, and left the premise in clean condition. We ended up increasing the scope of our initially contracted work and Frank made sure to squeeze us into his busy schedule which we really appreciated. We felt completely at ease and were well-informed throughout the process. It's difficult nowadays to find contractors who are as responsive and honest as Frank. We definitely plan on hiring him for future work.

From the first communication, Frank Bood was professional in every way. He attentively listened and looked at our situation and responded with expert recommendations, advising us how to best meet our needs within our budget. His knowledge of insulation, specifically the spray foam business, is remarkable. Frank was able to alleviate any anxiety regarding on-line issues I had read about with a clear explanation of current best practices in technical equipment and training used by his company. In addition, Frank exhibited excellent communication skills. He was able to explicitly describe the process we required in person, emailed an explicit proposal with exact work to be performed, and responded quickly to all questions and concerns during communication between us; in addition, he arrived at all prearranged meetings when expected. Insulation Done Right is highly recommended for providing excellent work with an honest, professional interchange. I would use this company again without hesitation.

There were a couple of hiccups at the start of the project and some inconvenience to us as the homeowner due to the requirement to be out of the house more then expected but Frank worked to make sure that the project was completed as agreed upon and in a timely manner. Mistakes happen but the response by Frank and his team was excellent and Frank made sure my questions and concerns about the job were answered. The fact that even with the the hiccups I am still willing to give Insulation Done Right an A rating speaks volumes.

Frank and his team did a great job. From estimate (fair and competitive price) to work completion Frank was easy to contact and made the whole process very smooth. They were able to complete the work on time, over the course of two days, and the space looks great. Drywall went up quickly after and without issue. Frank and team are great. Frank took the time to explain the process, options, and what to expect once the work was completed. His team was always on time, courteous, and treated our house as if it were their own. Frank also responded very quickly when we asked the team to come back for some touch up work.

The guys did a great job! It's sooo much warmer. We're really pleased. Despite freezing rain, they arrived on time, were polite, and locked the door behind them as requested (due to odor, we had to be out of the house for 24 hours). Thanks for the great service.

Installers were prompt, courteous and helpful with information.

Frank, the owner, was terrific to work with. He was very informative about the whole process and was extremely prompt in answering any questions we presented to him. We felt we were in good hands. The process took about 3 1/2 days and we needed to be out of the house at that time so we went on a mini vacation. The crew did a great job and called us at the end of each day to report on their progress. When we returned home, we noticed a tremendous difference in the comfort level inside the house. We're hoping that this will be reflected on lower future heating bills.

The guys were great! Frank was wonderful (the owner.) He was very informative when he came out to give us an estimate, and was extremely thorough when explaining the honest different between an open and closed cell system. The difference in pricing between the systems is over $1,000 for the one bedroom, so I wanted to make sure we went with the best option. He spent a half an hour on the phone with me explaining the honest difference, and was not out to just upsell me on the product. He was very helpful and provided answers to all of my questions.

His team was prompt and quick when they came out to do the job! They did an awesome job, and I can't wait to get the rest of the room completed!! They were polite, neat and thorough!

Frank was so helpful with answering questions, responding to e-mails and returning calls. I would recommend his services to anyone that is looking for insulation to be put into their home. We will absolutely be needing more insulation in the future, and Frank will be our go to man!!!

I contacted Frank and we discussed the details of the project (we had to account for recently installed radiant heating where he'd be spraying). I sent him the dimensions and he provided a quote within a couple days. Pricing was what I expected and working to get him scheduled went easily. For this project, I had 4 contractors coming one after the other and I'm still amazed at how smoothly it all went. Frank and I agreed to move one day but it was always easy to reach him.
Plus, on the day of, they called to let me know they'd be late and I was able to reach them throughout the day since I had to run home and take care of our dog. 
Great to work with and very happy with final product.

The work was done under Rogers Insulation, but Frank now runs the spray foam business as "insulation done right"
Frank is a great person to deal with- As a former installer, he has hands-on experience that translates to clear explanation of the work, and understanding of the complexities of the job.
I don't know if he has changed his pricing since splitting from Rogers, but at the time, they were the middle-priced contractor, a full 20% higher than the low-ball estimate. I did a lot of research, and everything Frank had said was supported by my research, and the other guy had clearly made stuff up or was uninformed. He was also willing to cut corners, that Frank was adamant about not doing. 
One example- I asked if it was possible to leave the old insulation rather than remove it since in my mind it would make the house even better-insulated. Frank was unwilling to consider this option, as leaving the old insulation traps the gasses of the spray-foam and can smell forever. It also leaves a SUPER-comfortable home for mice  since now they have a warm attic and soft fiberglass to nest in. There were some places that Frank pointed out I could save some money- He could cut out the extra ignition barrier spray if I removed all the plywood in the attic so it would no longer serve as storage space (I never used it anyway).
My job was big, and there were some minor issues, but Frank came back personally to supervise the touch-up work and made sure everything was done right in the end. 
I've noticed a clear difference in how often our furnace runs, and when we lost power for 24 hours after the last snowstorm, the house never got colder than 55 degrees.
One thing to look out for if you're getting foam in only part of your house- we have one room in the house with a finished vaulted ceiling that did not get spray-foamed. That room was always a little bit colder, but now with the rest of the house insulated with spray-foam, that room is a lot colder since the furnace cycles less than before. 
In the end I was glad that I went with Frank, and believe I got an excellent value for the work.
We will be hiring Frank again if we do any more insulation work on the house.
