Outstanding work restoring 13 years worth of cat scratches on a full-grain aniline leather couch. On the older chair, Bryan inserted leather patches under the torn and weak spots and sealed it to the existing leather. Although these parts don't look brand new, its 100 times better, and the color is back to its original shine. The newer chair looks spectacular. Bryan is very focused on the restoration work, not rushed, and ensuring he gets the best result possible. A true pro.

Well, they did the work on time for price agreed on. Work was very good, but not quite perfect.

Had issue with leather dye wearing off car seats. The dye color was matched perfectly and the seats were cleaned, conditioned and sealed. Other than an issue with the weather not cooperating, and Bryan having to come back the repair went very well. The seats look so much better, and time will tell how the job holds up, but so far I'm very happy with the outcome. I asked he add a bit more dye on the worn off areas so that they would hold up longer and wear better. He did this and made sure I was happy with the outcome. While the seats don't look brand new, they now are in excellent condition and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work and wouldn't have any issues recommending him. I had some before and after pictures to really show the quality of the work, but I'm unable to upload these. Its really too bad, because the results were excellent.

He made it look like new!  Using dye to match and other techniques he was able to erase any trace of my dogs and family abuse of this couch.  I was amazed and pleased.  He was responsive to my emails and pictures giving me a reasonable estimate.  Arrived on time and completed an excellent job.

Bryan Graves is an artisan who works miracles on damaged leather and will not give up until the job is 100% perfect.  We have a beautiful Hancock Moore leather chair which  was  severely damaged with black stains from multiple treatments I had foolishly tried myself.  I ended up with a black arm on tan leather chair with the damage going into several layers of the leather. The obvious option was to reupholster the arm and match the leather, but Bryan wanted to try to save it. Within four hours and Bryan's own intuitive and skilled methods, he restored the arm right in our house.  If I could show you the pictures, you would agree that this level of craftsmanship and artistic ingenuity doesn't exist much anymore.  He loves his work and a challenge and it shows.

He did an awesome job and the repair is invisible you can't even tell that there was damage.

They contacted me within 24hrs of my voicemail.  I emailed them pictures of the stain per their request. They came by punctually within a few days.  The stain was pretty bad, right in the middle of the couch.  Brian worked on in it for about 1hour, and now it's 99% gone.  No one would notice that there was a stain there at all, other than me. The couch looks like new again.

I found Bryan through Angie's list and I'm glad I did. Bryan is a master craftsman when it comes to repairing quality leather furniture. He knows his craft well, took his time and the repair came out nearly perfect. I have no complaints, only praise for his service and would definately recommend him & use him again. If you have a piece of quality leather furniture that needs repair, he's the man to call.

After emailing pictures of our furniture, Bryan quoted us a price and came to our house - as opposed to shipping our furniture out for who knows how long. He was very easygoing, hardworking, professional, and seemed to truly "enjoy" his work. He spent the whole day on the job without complaint. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. He made our furniture which I thought was in deplorable condition look new again!!! We consider ourselves lucky to have found Bryan/Hub after years of looking for help and purchasing product after product trying to do it ourselves. He also stuck to the quoted price - no surprises!! Bryan is a miracle worker!  Our light-colored leather sofa was dirty, cracked, worn, and looking tired - and it no longer looked like its 'matching' love seat.  Frankly, it was an embarrassment.  We considered replacing both pieces but couldn't find anything we liked and were horrified by the low quality and the high prices.  Although someone suggested renovation and referred us to HUB Leather, we couldn't believe that this was an option due to the poor condition of the sofa.  However, after exploring the HUB Leather website, we submitted photos and received an informative email in return. Bryan recommended replacing the leather tops and restoring/cleaning/conditioning the whole set to ensure that it matches; this route is recommended if the cost of the renovation is less than half the cost of replacement (which it definitely was).  He came to the house, disassembled the sofa to remove the seat leather, and then re-assembled it so that it was available for our use (covered by a blanket).  He then sent a few leather samples for us to choose from based on color, thickness, etc.  Once we selected the leather, he obtained the leather, sewed the seat cover, and then returned to the house to reassemble the sofa and restore/clean/condition the set, which was completed in a few hours.  Watching him work was like watching an artist and when he was done, we couldn't believe the difference between the before and after (see photos!).  The sofa has been given a second life!  The entire process took ~8 weeks from start to finish, which is approximately the same length of time it would have taken to order and receive a new sofa.

It went really well! Initially we found it difficult to locate someone specializing in leather furniture repair and discovered Hub Leather Repair through an internet search. 

Even during the quotation process they were very responsive and thorough. To prepare the estimate I sent a number of photos of the damage and they provided a narrow range of what the project could cost. We set up an appointment and the owner, Bryan Graves, arrived at the specified time, inspected the chair, took some measurements and left with the seat cushion.

About eight weeks later Bryan returned and spent about two hours attaching the armrest covers and replacing the seat covers.  He was running a little late and called to give us a heads-up. Just to clarify, the armrest covers are not removable, the are attached to the chair and a person would need to look very closely to know that these covers are not part of the original chair.

As compared to the original price of the chair and matching ottoman the price paid for the restoration was extremely fair. Just to note, the eight week turnaround was impacted by a number of factors - they need to order matching leather; we ran into the holidays; but also; and they are very busy so it is important to plan ahead if you want a piece restored for a special event.  They were very accurate in terms of time estimates and their communication is great.

Crate & Barrel, the company that sold me my leather sofa four years ago, recommended that I contact Hub Leather Repair after I damaged the armrest of my sofa while trying to remove paint that had accidentally splattered on it. Bryan Graves returned my message promptly and determined during our first phone conversation that the type of damage I described to him was something that he could easily resolve for me. Bryan immediately provided me with a fair quote over the phone, and we then set up an appointment for later in the week. Bryan arrived on time and spent about an hour meticulously preparing and color-matching the area of the couch to be repaired. Once he was done, it was impossible to detect that the armrest had ever been damaged - the blending was absolutely seamless! Bryan recommended some leather cleaning and conditioning products for me to purchase to help keep my sofa looking like new. Hub Leather Repair guarantees their work for up to one year, and Bryan encouraged me to reach out to him if I had any problems going forward with the area of the couch he retouched for me.
