Ron returned my call right away. I emailed him the list of things to do. He told me his price and said he could be here the next day which he was exactly when he said he would be.,He assessed the items to be done then he and his partner were off to home depot. All the repairs to be done were done quickly with no fuss. They cleaned up the work areas beautifully. I would definitely call him again.
