They are responsive, reasonably priced, and nice people.  When you call them, they come and they know what they are doing. I have been happy with their services.

While they were somewhat slow to respond initially, they did finally make an appointment to come out to look at my broken lockset. Were an hour late for the appointment, supposedly held up on another job, but it would have been nice if they had called me, as I had to leave work early as it was. Once there, they partially repaired the deadbolt so that it would lock at least temporarily. They had to order a part for the handset, so they came back in about a week and a half and finished the job.

In the process of moving into our new home we have dealt with lots of service/repair/delivery people. Our experience with H Perron & Son was the best by far. The locksmith was courteous, on time, and when he finished the job he turned out all of the lights and locked all of the doors, and he let me know that he had done so. It was great to not have to run around afterward to make sure that it was done. It's the little things that really make a big difference!

Price was very reasonable and set based on amount of work, not hourly which ended up being to my advantage. The deadbolt installation was a little more complicated because the door had metal weatherstripping making it difficult to see the proper alignment. Locksmith was a few minutes late, but very polite. He cleaned up after himself.
