The service was good and he was professional in performing the work, but the work was sloooowww to arrive. We contacted Falcon Tree Service aka Dalmar to cut about 8 trees in our yard. He also delivers firewood for us at a good price. He's getting an "average" score here because it took SEVERAL phone calls to finally get him out for an estimate and then another few to get him to finally show up. When he did show up, however, he cut the trees; stacked the branches along the way and cleaned up as best he could when finished (the ground was wet by then he could not leaf blow the debris). Because he was late -- and hauled the trees away that we could have used for firewood, we negotiated pricing on our next cord of wood. We'll see how long that takes.
