Exterior Painting
WHILE THE END PRODUCT WAS GOOD AND THE OWNER HIMSELF WAS A SKILLED PAINTER, MANY AREAS HAD TO BE REDONE BY THE OWNER BECAUSE HIS PAINTERS WERE NOT NEARLY AS SKILLED AS HE WAS. HE USED SEVERAL CREWS TO GET THE JOB DONE AND THIS LET TO LACK OF OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY AND ULTIMATELY LACK OF CONTROL BY THE OWNER (MISSING DOOR HANDLES, ETC. THAT HE HAD TO REPLACE). IF I WERE TO USE HIM AGAIN, I WOULD INSIST THAT HE DO THE JOB HIMSELF AND NOT HAVE ROTATING CREWS.
