Delmar and his team totally transformed my home with amazing workmanship and in record time. I had only a vague idea of what I wanted but Delmar came in with a vision ... was able to translate that vision to me as we walked the yard and worked well with me when I got a bit nervous as the project progressed. The stone work, landscaping and final project was incredible. They consistently checked in to make sure I was happy with their progress.
I live in a city that is very picky re: permitting and Delmar worked with the city and was able to get all my work that needed permitting approved without a variance process. As the job unfolded there were many things I asked to change and Delmar had not problem adjusting and still keeping close to his original proposal. I have had several people comment on the beauty of D&M's work and their work crews. I do not believe anyone can go wrong with D&M.
