Craig Morrison is unbelievable. He is beyond my expectations. Craig knows his craft of real estate and knows how to price a house. He is a soft sell. He just explains the situation as he sees it and then defers to your judgment. He will give you guidance if you want it or let you be on your own. I was hesitant to list my house on the market in the winter, but Craig explained to me there is less on the market in the winter so more people will look at my house. As he walked through my house there were a few handyman projects so he called his handyman. He ended up not being available so Craig, himself, did the work at no charge. He also has a stager if you want to use the service. He explained why he priced my house the way he did. My house sold in 5 days, 2 of which were snow days. I had 10 showings in 3 days. We listed on Monday at 4pm and we had an offer Saturday at 430pm and he turned down showings on Sunday and Monday. I sold my house for $9000 less than my listing price. My friend used him and sold her house in 1 day. In her case he told her to take a home equity line for $10000, put a viewing to open her kitchen to her living room, changed a toilet and did minor staging. He had an open house and sold it the same day for her asking price. It seems like he is available 24/7. He has been here on Sunday nights and texts me whenever needed. I am buying a house through him and nothing was ever a problem and no question was ever stupid. He has guided me through everything and got to know me to suggest 3 different properties he felt would fit my family and I fell in love with the 1st one. He helped me with the offer and knew the standards in the industry. He really helps you with the whole process. He is helpful for every facet of selling your house. Craig knows his craft, he prices appropriately and he has timely sales. I have already recommended him to others.
