Deb took my son under her wing and led him through the whole process very expertly and attentively. She has a terrific network of resources (lawyer, inspector, tradesmen, etc) and they provided excellent services as well. Working with Deb and her network helped to ensure a smooth process. When there were some snags with the purchase due to property defects, Deb was on top of everyone and everything to make sure that things were attended to in very quick order. I felt that she really had our interests at heart, and she worked hard to make the house sale happen.
