Very well. I had a quote from the service provider who first installed my system and the cost to replace the outdated and worn-out remote control device was very high. So I asked around on a local bulletin board for recommendations for AV installers and received several positive referrals to Cloud M.I.S. After my initial email to them I received a response within 15 minutes and had set up an appointment for the next day. I received their quote the next day and it was for less than half of the other provider's and for comprable hardware. The install was a week later and everything went very well.
