CENTRAL POOLS

Central Pools was fantastic in every way.  Their sales staff was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Then, their construction staff were professional, patient, and knowledgeable.  The pool is beautiful, they have been responsive to a few mechanical issues with the equipment, they have provided me with a wonderful education in pool management (or, their sister company, PurAqua, can do it for you) and I would highly recommend them to anyone.  In addition, they recommended an electrician who was also fantastic, professional, patient and knowledgeable.  All around this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with and I give them my highest recommendation.

Not knowing what course to pursue, we sought the advice of Mr. Besso at Central Pools, and even scheduled a meeting one Saturday and went out to see him and show him photos of the pool. He apologized and assured us that someone would be out to evaluate the problem and plan some solution. It never happened. No one ever called, no one came out to look at the pool, and we heard nothing from anyone.We eventually found another pool service company willing to evaluate the problem, and their representative came to inspect the pool within a few days. He said the problem could be corrected on a routine service call. The service folks arrived a few days later, and were here less than an hour. The pool is fine now no evidence of any problem at all
