So what you need to know about C&D is that the know how to clean. I don't mean just clean floors, I mean stuff you never thought of. Of course they can do just floors, but I was re-renting my home. I've had crews come to "deep clean" over the past 12 years with mixed results. C&D, Claudia and Doris found dirt in places that I hadn't seen since I bought the house (and lived in it for seven years before we had to rent it). Their price was at the same level as previous providers, their service and willingness to really dig out the places you don't ever really want to see was amazing.

C&D cleaning did a great job. They were organized, efficient and a extremely helpful getting my apartment ready to rent.
