Any time I have ever had a question for them their customer service is excellent. I've never worked with such an informed company. The system I was checking out was a straight forward cd player with a secondary amplifier with four remote speakers. The man diagnosed it and the system was working. He also added that the system was no longer manufactured and he not only informed me of this but told me that they would honor an $800 trade in if I was interested. That terrific customer
