 + -1 moreHE FOUND A LOT OF DETAILS THAT WE WOULD HAVE MISSED, AND SAVED US OVER $2000 BECAUSE THE SELLER AGREED ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. HE ALSO HAD GOOD MAINTENANCE SUGGESTIONS. HE WAS THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE AND HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. HE MADE A POTENTIALLY HIGH-STRESS SITUATION A LOT BETTER. BILL DOESN'T DO WORK ON A HOUSE HE INSPECTS, BUT CAN HELP DRAW UP PLANS & A WORK WRITE-UP FOR BIDS. HE ALSO SAID HE CAN ALSO INSPECT THE WORK AFTER IT IS FINISHED.
Description of Work: BILL WAS A LIFESAVER. HE CHECKED OUT THE HOUSE AS IF HE WERE GOING TO BUY IT AND LIVE THERE HIMSELF.
