Baer Contracting has 1 employee but has the ability to call in other contractors under my supervision. Payments usually are done in thirds but can also be worked out as a payment schedual. I also have sub contractors that I have known for years and are there when they are needed and very trustworthy.

Additions to residential homes including refinishing basements can be done through my company with the help of my subcontractors. Framing decks is done all through baer contracting including digging the footing. Also making plans for work to be done is possible.

Ryan did a great job. He was nice enough to meet me at Ikea to pick up the furniture because no one else was available to help me. When he arrived to begin the project he made sure he understood what I wanted and that he was organized and prepared to begin. He had all the tools he need and even picked up mounting brackets that are better for use with paneling. He cleaned up after himself each day and at the end, he even took some scraps to dispose for me. I highly recommend Ryan for any job and I will use him again.
He was also kind enough to remove all of the deck furniture so I would not have to do it myself.
