 + -1 moreSteven is wonderful. He is the proprietor and is very responsive. He came out within a day or two of an email from us and as described above completely fixed our problem as well as recalibrating our system.
Description of Work: Steven had updated our home theater system several years ago with a new projector and universal remote. When we were having trouble recently with blown projector bulbs, he came out and fixed the problem as well as recalibrated the whole system. He declined payment for this, saying it was just part of the service since we had used him for the original installation.
