The work went very smoothly. Wex and everyone on his team was very polite and thoughtful during their work on our job. What a pleasure to work with. They had a full size crane in our back yard on plywood to protect the grass and sprinklers. No issues with equipment and our house or yard. Great job.

Quoted and scheduled removal of one large tree and also grind tree stump with Elio. The inclusion of tree stump grinding was repeatedly mentioned during the scheduling (they have to rent equipment for stump grinding). In fact, Elios called us specifically to confirm stump grinding the day before the service.
During the day of service (11/25/2014), Amazon tree service arrived and proceeded to do removal.
1) They drove their large crane truck directly onto my front lawn without asking first (I had the use of my neighbor's driveway specifically for that purpose) and did not put down any protective boards at all. I now have ditches on my previous flat front lawn.
2) After tree was removed, they asked the payment for tree removal first, then said the they forgot to rent the stump grinder, and will return within a week to finish the job.
After that, ALL calls to Elio and Wex went unanswered (weekly). Numerous voice mail were left, none answered. This went on until mid Jan 2015 (1.5 month has passed), I am starting to get really worried since follow up jobs are now at risk and stepped up the call frequency. After daily calling and voice mail messages, amazon tree services finally answered one call.
During the call Amazon tree service essentially admitted they were ducking my calls because coming out only for the stump grinding is not profitable for them, and they refuse to honor our job agreement or take responsibility for it. 
In summary, when Amazon tree service found that a mistake that they made (forgot to rent stump grinder) will reduce their profit, elected to 1) lie when they said they will be back in a week 2) intentionally ducking customer calls instead of explaining the situation 3) when caught in the lie refuse to take any kind of responsibility.
Use them at your own risk. ( I have kept record of the original estimate, check stub and phone records as proof.)

It went very well. I was very pleased with their work and they were very prompt, courteous and thorough. It was very positive all the way around, would highly recommend them, and I will be using them in the future. Their price was also very competitive.

Their team was also very accommodating and making sure I was satisfied with all the work. They got the job done well and also in a timely manner. Their price was always competitive too. I will use them again in the future, and I will highly recommend their team to my friends and families.

They did an excellent job!  They came and gave the quote, and were able to do the work shortly after (no 2 week wait).  The price was fair and the work was done quickly.  They came with 3 trucks and like 5 guys.  They were very nice and even took care of another stump (left from another tree service).  They are wonderful!

Elio and his crew were the greatest. They showed up on time on one of the hottest days of the summer and worked until the work was complete. They performed like a team, each man with his responsibilities. They cut everything agreed on and then some and boy did they clean up after themselves! My street has never been so clean.

They were great. They were very professional. They definitely know what they were doing. They seem to have all the right equipment. I actually recommended them to other people in the neighborhood and used them and they were pleased with them. They are far better price than any other company that I talked to.

They provided a very competitive quote, it was by far the best quote I got. They came and did a nice clean job, they looked after themselves, I have no complaints. It was good work at affordable price.

Elio and his crew are THE BEST in the Northeast as far as we are concerned. They are professional, efficient, friendly, reasonably priced, helpful, neat, and honest hard workers. They changed our experience from a nervous one to a highly confident and carefree one. Now there is sun in our house and we are not in fear of falling trees. We sould use them again in the blink of an eye.

Great experience. Amazon gave us by far the lowest quote for our tree removal and did a fantastic job. We had about 13 trees in our backyard that we needed removed, many of them at least 30 feet tall, and Amazon came in and got rid of all of them in about a day and a half of work. It was actually pretty incredible to watch, honestly. My whole family was enthralled watching them climb up and take them down. It was pretty cool. They also ground most of the stumps for not much additional charge. Just a fantastic overall experience, would hire them again in a second.

Elio and his crew did a great job pruning many of the trees on my property. Unfortunately, it rained the first day they were onsite, causing them to leave soon after arriving. They left all of their gear in my yard without discussing their plans with me, but they did call later in the afternoon to apologize. They arrived early the next morning and completed all the pruning without incident. Because they needed a crane to remove the large trees, a second visit was required. My only complaint of the entire experience is that they left some of the pruning remnants in my yard between visits (the truck was full by the end of the first days.) But they cleaned up everything after taking down the trees and ground the stumps cleanly.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend them highly.

Excellent service, very reasonable price and they did very good job and clean the area very well. arrive the next day after requesting the removal/pruning service and their performance far exceed our expectation. I will strongly recommend them to anyone for the tree service.
