Frankly, the company is very busy, and they should be, they do good work. But Joe's follow-through (or lack thereof) did cause us to have some hot nights (not the good kind). He was faced with a very difficult situation of taking care or paying customers versus returning to fix a unit that was no longer paying him to do so, but honoring his warranty. I believe he tried to juggle all of his work, and unfortunately, it cost both him and us.
Joe has done other work for us and proved to be a stand-up guy, and serious about making sure you're satisfied. I truly believe that if this part was not defective, I would be writing an A+ review of his service.
