Dan came to measure my windows for screens and noted that they were not square--not surprising since my house was built in 1920. He said that rather than making screens in the factory and installing them, he would send his mobile team to custom-make screens that would fit the out-of-square openings.
His team showed up at my house this morning. They were very polite and got right to work on making the screens for each window. Within a couple of hours, they'd measured, made the screens, cleaned up, and installed them. The screens fit the openings exactly, making it look as if they were original to the house (if they had fiberglass screens back in the 1920s).
Before they left, they noticed that my front door was sticking and asked if I wanted them to fix it. They explained that the installers of my door had neglected to put a block behind the hinges, making it sag and hit the frame. With the addition of a really long screw, my door no longer sticks! 
The only issue I had is that I didn't have advance notice that they were coming. I knew that they would be coming within a couple of weeks of October 27, but not precisely when. (That's why there's an N/A for punctuality.) It wasn't a big deal since I do a lot of work from home, but it would have been nice to have been able to plan around it better. 
Overall, the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the installers trumps the minor inconvenience of not knowing when they would be coming.

Very well.  Reviewed all elements of the project with us before start. Fabricated each screen on site so it fit each window.  Needed to service one after the major installation.  Done very quickly.

Good estimate.  No surprises.  Showed up on time.  Only issue was that the screens were aluminum and developed holes a few years ago.  We have since had the screens redone by another company with nylon screens and they have been great.  Once the holes started to appear, this company said they would stop by to take a look and they never did.

The new shades work great. But when I wanted my older shades repaired, it took it a long while for him to do it. He didn't keep his word for the appointments and I had to finally take the shades to his shop which was really tough to find. When I got them back, it came back without the curtain pulls.

The job took two days and the porch looks wonderful. They are very responsive, professional and and personable.

All of the screens fit like a glove and are so attractive. The price per screen was very reasonable and they were incredibly prompt. I called in May hoping to just get fit into their schedule before the weather heated up too much. The whole job from measuring to installation was finished in two weeks! I will definitely be calling them again for any problems

Dan, the owner, was consistently friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. He dropped off a catalog at our request and talked us through the door selection process. His team took measurements without us being home. When the custom door was installed, about 12 weeks after the initial order, the installer was delightful: pleasant and fast. The door now works wonderfully. When it arrived, the hinge was aluminum colored, even though the door was "bronze" (brown) and the hardware was brass--so the hinge clashed. I called Dan after installation, and he immediately and happily assured me that he'd take care of it. He did so today, as he promised, and it looks just great: a perfect paint match, almost flawlessly done. On a separate issue, I asked Dan for advice about a leaky skylight. He put me in touch with a friend of his, a roofer, who did a simply superb job. If I ever have other needs for windows, doors, screens, or the like, I will call Dan first.

They came out and removed the screens and replaced it and everything seemed okay. It took a week for them to return the screens to us and they did not include the clips that are needed to hold the screens and we had to follow up and deal with that and it was another week of waiting to get the right clips as they ones they sent earlier were not the correct size. It could have been a good experience, but they missed on a few things ans not very responsive.

We had spoken to several screen companies over the past few years and they all wanted to make our side porch (Veranda) into a 3 season room, which is not what we wanted. Even after detailing what we wanted, these other companies came back with quotes of $15,000+. We wanted the entire porch screened in without windows. It seemed like a simple request, but constantly ran into companies that didn't "get it." I found Dan's company here and called to see if he could understand what we wanted. He came out the next day to look at the project. He said he would have the quote to us the next day and he actually faxed it to me about 4 hours after he left. The price was right in our budget and more importantly, he could start within the week. The workers showed up when they said they would and the entire job was completed by the end of the day. One word - AWESOME!!! Dan is great to deal with and we have been enjoying sitting on our porch every night without being eaten alive. Great job, Dan!

We had several weather and equipment delays in getting the repairs done. Since the quote was issued without inspecting the porch, the difficulty of the job was not understood until the first attempt to repair the screen. The uneven terrain by the porch complicated the job. Dan was good at explaining what was needed to fix the screen. Our biggest difficulty was in scheduling the work. After 6 weeks of delays our patience paid off and our porch is now fixed. The repair work is of high quality.
