 + -1 moreAs usual, they were excellent. For starters, Mike listens well. When you are describing a problem you can see him solving it in his head, figuring out what's most likely to be going on. I left the car for the day, expecting to hear more detail later on. As expected, I got a call mid-day. I was given a clear explanation of what had been found, and a parts and labor estimate for fixing the problem (brake pads were worn, which I expected; brake rotors needed replaced as well - which is what caused the pulsation problem I came in about). During the repair an additional problem was found with one brake caliper, which needed replaced. They managed to get this done within the original time estimate, and for minimal extra cost. The car was ready when promised, and had been cleaned inside. The results are perfect, as I have come to expect.
Description of Work: This time it was a couple of new tires, an oil and filter change, and a brake repair - not just brake pads but rotors as well, and one caliper.

 + -1 moreAfter paying thru the nose for previous work at BMW I got a recommendation from my auto body guy for Absolute Car Care. First thing I notice is they are hard to find but booked up on work. Good sign. They looked over the car and then they investigated factory parts and aftermarket parts and recommended factory parts. I dropped it off a few days later - they found some extra problems when they did the work but the additional cost was small. They were courteous, professional and less expensive than BMW (well that is easy to do). The cost was well in line with their estimate. Will definitely go there again. They are m new car guys.
Description of Work: Replaced front struts and right tierod on 2009 BMW 335ix - found small additional needed work and did it.
