I would recommend Alex to anyone. He was prompt and efficient and I appreciate the job he did. He also noted some other repair work that needed to be done and led me in the right direction to get it fixed.

Assessment done in the winter- learned that bats are protected and cannot be removed during winter months where they would be endangered. Came back in the spring and installed a one-way exit. Took care of securing the perimeter of the roof. It took several visits, but the bats are gone and we are so grateful. Happy with the service, especially the 5 year warranty in case the bats feel like moving back in!

This is the second time I've used Mass Bay. They came of short notice and installed a one way trap that let the squirrels out but they could not get back in. Easy to deal with. I would definitely hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Project went well. When I called to request a quote, Alex called within the hour and was out to the house within the week. I noticed what appeared to be terminates in the far end of the yard near a tree and was concerned that perhaps they could have tunneled toward the house. Alex came out and added monitoring boxes surrounding our home. In the next 60 days he will return to check to see if we need to add further treatment. Additionally he did his annual ant treatment at the same time (non-toxic to pets and children).

It wasn't easy because the animals under our house were raccoons. But they were successfully evicted and any re-entry was blocked. One returning visitor has been trapped so far. They were very responsive, skillful and professional.

This is a shout our for Mass Bay Wildlife Management. Alex did a great job in closing our bird and squirrel holes. We didn't know that we had so many holes leading into our attic. I have been watching the squirrel leap out of a hole on the side of our home onto the electic wires going over street. We can't relocate them so I hope that they stay out. Next on the schedule are the bats who are living in our home. They are hibernating now so at the end of April they will be flying out of here. Our laws protect them which is good. I never want to hurt any living creature. My cats have been tellling us that there is something upstairs in the attic. Now, the cats can rest better.... It cost 950 for squirrel and 1800 for bat. Alex explained everything what he was going to do and what I could expect. I would hire him again and have for the bats.

Very well. I called on a weekend and Alex returned my call immediately and was able to accommodate us the same week. There were a significant number of ants (we had contracted them two years ago and it was highly recommended that we have them come out on a yearly basis). After this recent episode, we will be doing that. It took approximately one month for all ants to be eliminated. The pesticide used is not poisonous to children or pets.

Alex was easy to work with. He was pleasant and professional. I actually saw the squirrels jumping into my chimney but he took the time to look around to see if there were any other signs of entry points. He installed a temporary screen & a trap with a one way door so the squirrels can get out but can't go back in. We discussed putting a cap on the chimney as a permanent solution but I have to have the flue pipes extended so it was not an option at this time. I would definitely hire Alex again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

We had a wasp nest on our deck. I call Mass Bay Wildlife yesterday (8/28/18) at 8:30am and talked to Alex. He said that a representative can be there by 11am. The representative arrived at 10:30am - and addressed the issue. He was polite, professional and effective. By 11am the job was completed. Today, a day later, all the wasps are gone.

Alex got back to me and killed the wasp nest within 24 hours of my initial request for a quote. Very quick, efficient, and affordable. Highly recommended!

Great! The team was very responsive and efficient in coming to the house and sealing up potential entry points and putting out bait and traps in the basement. Mice issues went away and the service came with a service guarantee for 90 days. It was great.

I would definitely recommend this company, Alex ( I think ) came to our house after we had discovered at bat in the house. He checked the attic and confirmed that there was evidence of bats in the attic. He walked me through the process of exclusion, his process, and the timing requirements due to the habits of the bats certain state laws because they are endangered. I really appreciated the time he took to give be a clear and detailed explanation of the process since this was all new to me and he also explained his warranty. He came back later in the month once the work could be done and installed several one way doors near our roofline and will then come back to remove them later and also sealed other holes that pests may be able to use to get in. I certainly appreciated the quality of his work, as the one way doors are hardly noticeable and appear to be done meticulously. Would hire again (but hope we don't have to!)

Alex was super responsive, I first found droppings and called late in the fall. He was able to give first estimation of problem within minutes by sending a picture of the droppings via text. He came and inspected the site within days. Because we were getting into winter, Alex waited for spring to come and seal the perimeter of our roof and install a one-way valve/trap. I love that a 5 year warranty is offered!

We built our home a few years ago and almost from day one we have been having birds build their nests under the roof-line on spots on the front and back of the house. Their droppings were creating a mess on the roof, gutters and siding of the house. Finally, I decided to do something about it and called Alex of Mass Bay Wildlife Management. He came over and quickly identified the gaps in the house construction which were allowing birds to get inside the soffit and build their nests sheltered from rain fall. He also did an inspection for bats that could potentially get through those gaps and into the attic (thankfully, their were none). Alex suggested that we close all similar gaps under the roof, approximately a dozen more, that the birds could potentially move to and I agreed. He came out pre-season so the birds weren't around yet. His work is of good quality and he uses materials that blend nicely with the existing trim work. He is personable and proffessional and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for other wildlife or pest issues.

Alex was great. The first visit for squirrel exclusion was performed by one of his staff, but Alex came out for all other visits. In addition to evicting a squirrel from the soffit of our home, we had Alex install two chimney caps, and trim a tree that the squirrels were using to access the roof. (Not that that stopped the little buggers, but it did take them a week to figure out they could get up there via the utility pole and wires.) So far, so good; the squirrels keep poking around, but haven’t been able to reenter the soffit. Thankfully, he guarantees the exclusion work for a year. (Chimney cap install guaranteed for two years.) We would definitely recommend and use Mass Bay Wildlife Management Inc again.

After calling around, talking to friends who have dealt with the same issue, and reading reviews on Yelp and Angie's List, I called Mass Bay Wildlife to request they come out to assess the issue and provide a quote. Alex who is the owner came out and explained in detail the exclusion process he would use to get rid of the bats. He provided a detailed written quote and explained that he is not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but he uses high-quality products and offers a 5 year warranty which is longer than most other vendors providing this type of service. My instincts were telling me Alex was trustworthy and knowledgeable so after discussing with my husband, we hired Alex to perform the work. He personally came on the day/time he said he would be here and installed the devices around the roof line that were needed so the bats could fly out but not get back in. He walked me around the house to point out the devices and explain why he put them where he did. He cleaned up all materials so there was no mess left behind. And he also photographed our chimney top while he was on the roof to show me the erosion and recommended a chimney cap. He explained that not only would the cap keep bats and other critters from getting in thru the chimney but having the cap would offer us another several years of protection before we would have to pay to have the chimney top/flue repaired. He explained that the chimney cap had to be custom ordered and would take approximately 5 days to get so he would call to install it once it was in and at the same time would remove the exclusion devices and seal up the gaps. True to his word 5 days later I received a call that the cap was in and one of his workers was coming out to complete the remaining work. Having worked with Alex I have no regrets and would absolutely hire him again if we have any more unwelcome critters. He is professional, personable and knowledgeable. Worth every penny to have those bats gone and the peace of mind that the work was done correctly. My cost of service below is for the bat exclusion work. The chimney cap cost and installation fee was an additional $395
