Terrible. New guy was confused and ordered the WRONG type of window. Now I can’t return them even though the size I told them I needed is NOT custom. Seems as though they make everything a CUSTOM order so no returns.

Helpful service. Cabinet is good quality and seems durable. All wood.

Provider salesman talked down about other providers and their poor quality of work and products i.e. Anderson windows and bad mouthed angie list... he told us to wait 4 years and basically our windows would not last. When we told him the window people took 12 hrs to put in a picture window he said he could of done it in 4

They were excellent because they really go through the lumber. I didn't get any crappy lumber from them and they delivered it to the house and they clearly went through it and picked out stuff that didn't have big nuts and everything else. It was really nice lumber that they picked out for me and they dropped it off in my driveway. They are expensive and they are really nice and they know what they are doing. Actually I went up to the lumber yard myself to talk to them and explain to them what I was doing. I like brought up a sketch of what I wanted to build and they helped me figure out what kind of materials I needed. They really are wonderful. They delivered exactly when they said they were going to.
