Reggie at St Germain Construction did an excellent job of siding my house and detached garage. He quoted me a fixed price, which included all of the major items as well as the small but crucial pieces that I didn't even know that I needed: outside faucet, electrical outlet, linen vent. The vinyl siding was carefully installed over Tyvek, and all the trim work was neatly done. I would definitely use Reggie again, and highly recommend his work.

Reggie and his team did an exceptional job. Reggie provided great insight to ways to improve the appearance of my house. I am very happy with how everything came out.

Reggie's work is outstanding. He replaced the siding, gutters and windows on my house. His quality of work, knowledge, and attention to the smallest detail are amazing. We had seen recommendations for St Germain Construction on our town Facebook page, and sent an email asking for an estimate. Reggie came out the very next morning to take a look at our house and the scope of work that was needed. After talking with Reggie when he gave us our original estimate, as well while we were waiting for three other contractors to return their estimates and make a decision, Reggie was honest and upfront and didn’t come off as a salesman. Our existing cedar shingles needed to be stripped from our entire house, which uncovered several areas of rot. Reggie communicated any issues he found as soon as they were discovered, and let us know what our options were to address them and the approximate cost to do so. He treated our house like it was his own, communicated progress daily and answered any questions that we had right away. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend St Germain construction to anyone who is looking to have vinyl siding work or gutters done.

Excellent! Reggie is a great guy, local, honest, fair and experienced. We learned about Reggie through a prior customer of his. She highly recommended him. Upon meeting him, we pretty much knew we wanted to go with him. He is upfront, talks to you on the same level, explains in details and doesn't try to sell sell sell. Reggie becomes part of the family while he is working at your house. You can approach him anytime, ask him anything you want or just go chat a bit. He is funny, friendly, outgoing and just a solid guy. I would highly recommend Reggie to family, friends, and neighbors. He is efficient, stays on target, works hard and has great communication. His prices are VERY fair compared to other quotes we got for the same job. I would hire Reggie again in a heartbeat. Nice to support a local small business vs the big guys that just want your money and rush through the job in a few days. This is the 5th time that I've used Reggie for new windows and (or) vinyl siding replacement. This latest job was replacement of 50 new windows and 5 new storm doors on a large 2 family residential building. As I have come to expect, the job quote was very reasonable and high quality results with excellent professionalism, responsiveness and communication along the way. We had a great experience working with St. Germain Construction on our project to install new vinyl shingle siding on our house. Reggie was very easy to work with throughout. From the beginning he responded quickly and continued to provide feedback as we decided on the type of siding that would work best for us. During the project Reggie and his team worked hard during very hot conditions and finished the project incredibly quickly. They did a great job removing our wood shingles, repairing the rot they found and installing the vinyl shingles with care. Our house looks great and we highly recommend St. Germain Construction.

Reggie was awesome. Came the same day I called for a quote to review the project. Received the proposal shortly after and was extremely happy with his estimate. I posted on my town’s Facebook page looking for recommendations (99%) recommended Reggie. I called him on a Sunday - he was at my house within a couple hours to assess - he contacted me with price on Monday, materials arrived Tuesday, and he completed the job on Wednesday!! I was impressed with his responsiveness, communication, and workmanship. I highly recommend Reggie and his company!!!

This is the second time that I've used St. Germain Construction. The first time to repair siding improperly installed by the previous homeowner and this time because of a tree falling and damaging the siding. Both times St. Germain Construction has been exceptionally prompt in answering the phone, providing the estimate and doing the work. He found some minor additional work that needed to be done after the quote and didn't charge any extra to do that additional work. I would highly recommend.

When we got a few quotes, Reggie was the only contractor to mention a mistake a previous contractor had made. We knew we were hiring an expert. Through rain, snow, cold, and wind the crew was timely and professional. Additionally, the communication was great regarding unseen wood rot and any trouble areas that needed more work. Reggie came out to inspect our gutters the same day I contacted him. He and another gentleman came out the next day to repair/rehang our gutters with the proper brackets after showing me the new hardware. Afterwards he showed me what mistakes the original builder made when hanging the gutters. We're very impressed with the job done and the timeliness of it. We wouldn't think twice about using them again.

We needed siding for our new house so we went with a local tried and true contractor. Reggie, the Owner is a great guy and was very easy to work work. The job was done perfectly and we have had several neighbors ask us for Reggie’s info because of his high quality craftsmanship. Everything went smoothly. Reggie, and his crew, were punctual. They worked diligently and got the job done efficiently. Communication with Reggie is effective and he answered any questions I had without delay. The quality and workmanship St. Germain Construction did was much better than any National chain which people may get roped into on some home improvement sites. Reggie has to be one of the best contractors we’ve worked with. He’s honest, punctual and best of all a perfectionist. We moved into a home with siding that needed to be replaced and Reggie was the best experience we had from quote to completion. He generally cares about his clients and treats each project like it was his own home, including replacing any rot he comes across. He even went to the trouble of bringing an extra window air conditioner he had over to the house after we moved in for our 5-yr-old’s bedroom because it was so hot.
