The guy who came was very friendly, very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain all the things to me and he did a great job. Our irrigation system is working this spring. I thought the price was a little bit high.

It went very well.  Wayne is very professional and gave me the option of replacing the 2 heads or waiting. I appreciate his responsiveness including the option to make changes/fixes when necessary and appropriate.

This is a company we used last year and had similar problems then with scheduling service and having the appointment stuck to at the agreed upon day and hour.  A service contract is provided for $265 which states that it includes "preferred service" which we assume means showing up for appointments at the agreed upon day and time, not having to switch appointments repeatedly, and not having to repeatedly call the company's office to figure out if they are going to actually show up or not.  All of this has occurred with regularity using this company, even after having bought a service contract.  This year, as was the case the end of last year when trying to get an appointment scheduled for shutting down our sprinkler system, it was impossible to get a reliable answer from the company as to when they would actually show up to turn on the system and do the work.  We scheduled a day and time, 9:00 am, were never told that all that time really means is "anytime between 9 and 12" and then, the night before the scheduled service date, when we called to confirm, were e-mailed by the company and told they needed to come at 8:00 am the next day.  After switching our schedules around to accommodate that time, the next morning we received an e-mail (no call) stating they could not come at all that day, and they gave no indication they would come on another day.  The quality of the service when actually done was ok, but the extreme lack of responsiveness to calls and e-mails, the lack of attention paid to a "preferred customer" who has paid an annual fee for a service contract, and the general disinterest on the part of the company to keep to scheduled appointments and times, and to actually schedule reliable appointments, would not make us use them again.

I had my irrigation system installed years ago by another vendor.  When that vendor failed to respond in an emergency, I contacted this vendor and have contracted with him since for the startup, maintenance and close out of my irrigation system.  Wayne is very professional, quick to explain situations, and very helpful including adjusting his schedule to match my own.

Patriot did an excellent, thorough service job for us on our sprinkler system, and took the time to really explain how it all works which was appreciated as we have never had a sprinkler in the past.    They had serviced the system in the past with a different homeowner and gave us good info about past experiences and problems.   Recommendations were made about possible upgrades to the system for the future but definitely no hard sell.  Will definitely use again in the future, and would recommend to others.
