The auditor showed up on time and was very cordual. I have nothing to complain about him as a person or his interpersonal skills. Simply put - it was a waste of my time. He took a few mesurements walked around the house. He used an infared thermomoter to measure heat inside vs head outside. He said my walls were insulated only to find out later that they weren't. He said that the windows needed to be raplaced and a needed a little insulation in the attic. I told the guy that the minute he walked in the door. He didn't use any devices to measure airflow or anything. I was extremely dissapointed. I had an insulation contractor come out after to take a look and he was much more professional and knew what he was talking about. I think this company is scaming the municipality who paid for the audit who in effect is the taxpayer. Its a complete waste of time
