Bill and his team replaced our old deck with new Azek and added on a large three season porch. Bill definitely knows his stuff and the guys were excellent, very easy to have around and communicate with. We could not be happier with our finished project and would gladly contact Bill for any future work - hopefully he finishes basements too!

This was a deck rebuild project. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had with a contractor. Bill is awesome to deal with. He met me at my home, sent me an estimate, I hired him and a crew arrived on time and completed the deck in two days and even created a special section for me so that my dog could also enjoy the deck and not be able to escape. They cleaned up and I sent the balance due by mail. I highly recommend Bill to everyone who asks me about who did the beautiful work. If I ever need anything else, I won't even quote with anyone else.

It took a few days for Bill to come by to give an estimate. He was knowledgeable and even got all permits and inspection done. Had some issues with deck boards even. Had one board that came loose. Called Bill to fix, after 2 weeks I had someone else fix it. Workers left a mess in my yard.

We had a wonderful experience with Bill and his crews. He is easy to work with, reliable, and an excellent listener. I was especially impressed with the prompt and clear communication about our job and the helpful suggestions that he offered. He and his crew rebuilt a large deck for us and it is beautiful, clearly adding value to our property. He also did some ceiling work for us and it looks just great. Excellent value for the price. The multiple crews that we had at the house were polite, respectful and courteous. I would recommend Bill without hesitation and will certainly turn to him for our future building needs.

The project was done several weeks before I expected as the windows came in early. Mr. Dee was very responsive, they worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I love the windows and they fit snugly and are so bright! There was one window that needed a creative solution and they came up with a very nice one. I am so pleased, and can recommend them highly for installation of replacement windows. I met with three other contractors and the quote was the most reasonable for the same product.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Built an in-law apartment, garage and mudroom onto an existing house. Project included a new bathroom and kitchen. The construction was top notch and was completed on schedule. Great coordination and workmanship from all subcontractors (including the plumbing, heating and electrical). Bill was great to deal with for all aspects of the project. Have already used for additional projects and would definately hire again. Great contractor!
