Description of Work: I have lived at my current home for 25 years. Dan has been the go to guy since 1996 involved in many remodeling projects ranging from basement, bathroom remodels to installation of recessed lighting.  + -1 moreThe entire process was great. Mr. Massouda answers his telephone and/or messages promptly and is very polite and punctual. He gave me an estimate for the job and that was the price I paid. Mr. Massouda's pricing was also very reasonable. Everything was installed to my satisfaction with no problems or surprises. All the work was done neatly and he cleaned up after working. He also did not have any problems working around my schedule, which was a big plus for me. I am a very satisfied customer.
Description of Work: Rewired kitchen after a remodel. Installed under cabinet lighting, outlets, wall switches, replaced outlet and entire run for electric range. Installed outlets and cords for dishwasher and garbage disposer.

 + -1 moreHe was a nice guy and he actually looked at something else that I wanted him to do and let me know that I should change a connection that the previous electrician used. He is pretty knowledgeable and I felt confident with him and his work. He was efficient and showed up on time.
Description of Work: We had him come and repair the electrical panel from water leakage. He had to seal it properly with silicon.

Description of Work: Replaced lighting fixtures in kitchen and bathroom, moved chandeliers in living room and dining room, replaced exhaust fans in two bathrooms, removed heaters in same, and other minor items. The cost included some supplies, including two new bathroom exhaust fans.
