This project should have been an easy one. I just wanted to freshen up the baths and stage the house for
resale. I agreed to the price Cheryl quoted but did not expect so many errors whether in ordering or in delivery. She blamed others and billed me for everything, including hours of ironing for drapery hanging at her hourly rate. She billed me for the granite ahead of time and held it instead of giving it to the granite co. When I called the granite co for a refund they said they did not have the money. I was so upset by all of the delays that my husband and I decided to terminate her service.
