I had a riser platform for a sofa in a movie room done last year. This year I had them come back and do a large loft area with a difficult overhang. Sometimes when you hire contractors they will sound great then send you two young workers who are not very professional and do a sloppy job. This does not happen with Carpets, Etc.. Brad who is the owner does the work himself with his coworker Joe. He treats the job as if it were his own home. They take their time and make sure it is done correctly. They leave the job spotless and it seems like they will vacuum the entire house for you. I am extremely happy with the carpeting installation and will not hesitate to hire them again.

From the very start both Brad and Sue were fantastic to work with.  Very helpful and informative throughout the entire process.  The job came out fantastic and Brad's work is meticulous. He thought of every aspect to make the area come out beautifully.

We also used Brad a few years ago for carpeting on our stairs.  We live in an older home and the stairs curve around.  Brad did an amazing job.

Definitely consider Carpets Etc if you are have any flooring needs.

I hired Carpets Etc to install new carpeting in our basement. Brad Peterson did an excellent job and provided outstanding service when our basement flooded days later. Sadly, he had to come back to rip out and then re-install the carpeting. However, Brad provided additional services with anti-mold spraying of our basement. He is very knowledgeable about the products and very responsive to our calls. We wouldn't hesitate to call Brad again for our future carpeting needs.

Ceramic was installed by independent installer that Carpets Etc recommended. Product and workmanship were excellent. Job was completed untimely manner.
