They did a good job on the roof. The only thing I had go wrong was the fact that they didn't really give us a head's up that all of the stuff was going to filter down into the attic. The attic ended up being a mess. They did send somebody back for a half of a day to vacuum up the attic, but it still required another half of a day on our part to finish cleaning it. 

The roof job was good, but the cleanup was tough after.

Crew was professional and completed job in 2 days. Brendan was approachable and professional. My only complaint is that it got dark as they were finishing and the clean up was incomplete. Now that it is spring I find myself picking up lots of pieces of the old shingles from my yard (no nails though). On the plus side, we no longer have a leaky roof.

We had a garage with a really nasty, leaky roof, and they stripped off the old roof, made a bunch of repairs to the joists and the plywood underneath, re-roofed it, and then put in a vent. They did a real great job and did it in a day. They cleaned up around really nice. We got a couple of estimates from others, but Kierce's quoted the best price. Sometimes, it takes a little time for them to revert to your call.

I had just bought a an older home which was in immediate need of repairs. The whole roof was actually covered with a tarp for well over a year due to a previous roofer who had not finished his job. Brendon came over gave me a good hard price and started the work immediately. I had a new roof and he repaired the rotted wood in less than 2 days. His guys also repaired the brickwork on two extremely damaged chimneys. He is personable, knowledgeable and thoroughly enjoys his job. Do yourself a favor and use this guy if you need a new roof

I reviewed 10 companies before choosing Kierce Roofing. I chose Kierce because the owner (Brendon) demonstrated great overall knowledge of the job in question, he listened carefully to my concerns, and presented me with a range of options. I was very concerned about the quality of work, especially with the carpentry as I had tons of fascia to replace. Brendon and his team arrived at or before 8 am each day, worked 10 hour days and cleaned the site after each day. His carpenters were excellent, as was the roofing team. I used his carpenters to complete a number of side jobs (against payment). The job was completed within budget and on schedule. Brendon addressed all of my concerns and took the time to explain issues as they arose. He was either on site each day and returned my phone calls promptly whenever I needed to reach him. I highly highly recommend this roofer if you are concerned with quality.

It was great and lucky for us it is done because the insurance company underwriting department is scheduling an inspection in the next 30 days. The insurance company did not pay for the roof replacement, but they sent me an independent adjuster with 20 years of experience with roofs to help me determine what to do and which roofer to choose to do it.
