Chimney Sweeping
When he gave me an estimate they told me the flu tiles were cracked and I would need a stainless steel liner and with the repairs it would cost me $1800. After a 2 others opinions I found the tiles were not cracked. He was just trying to sell me a stainless steel liner that I do not need.
