We lost a ton of money, and the results were heart breaking. For example, he did a washer dryer install, which when the wood broke immediately, he said, it’s fine, and simply glued a cover piece. He subcontracted for a mini split a/c unit, for which we paid 6k and then found out he never paid the contractor. By the time he did (3 months), we were unable to get the incentive refund. He installed a closet unit which he said would be great but did not fit into the space (clearly something he was trying to get rid of). We clearly said what kind of windows we wanted, he installed the cheapest kind, with screens that were already broken, and didn’t match the frames. Then demanded much more money to get something slightly better which he said would take months to get in. The list of things that went wrong is long. He wanted money immediately but then we would wait and wait while he was on vacation at the cape, visiting relatives, etc. He is definitely a scam artist and not to be trusted.

Researched the door. Charged $1000 for a $300 door uninstalled. Secured them in March. Got an e-mail in October that they would come in December. Door dropped off & cabinets uninstalled.

The estimate changes from the beginning to end to a larger amount. The materials were not timed, so the job was left unfinished, & they had to return 2 weeks later. They have POOR communication skills & choose low quality material, & charge you more for the material.
