We found Mark while looking at a home during an open house. He was the seller's agent for this home. While we encountered many agents who were unprepared, uninformed, and disinterested, Mark was the exact opposite. After this first rather lengthy encounter, we did a bit of homework about Mark and Goggins and soon thereafter hired him as our buyer's agent. We were not disappointed.

Mark set us up in the Goggins' computer and we quickly received daily emails about houses that fit our interests. He provided specific details on homes that he thought were especially appropriate. Once we found the home that we wanted to purchase, he helped shepherd the deal to completion. As mentioned above, he recommended some great professionals to us. Our inspector was outstanding and thorough and our attorney, while not inexpensive, proved his great worth. Indeed, we would not now be living in our home absent his skill. Mark knew many of the businesses and professionals that worked on the seller's side as well, helping to insure that we were treated fairly and that work was done appropriately. He put in a lot of extra hours on this deal once it became more complicated due to the title issues, more so than would have others in his field.

I do not know anyone else working for Goggins, but if Mark was any indication of the overall quality of the business, you should do well with this company. We can recommend Mark without reservation.

He was great. I have been in consultation with him since this time. He wants to help you find a home that you will be the most happy with. He is very knowledgeable in the North Hampton general area. The cost was standard.
