Autumn Appliance Service

Autumn appliance returned call for service w/in 24 hrs. Arranged earliest possible appointment for 4 days out. Service man arrived on time for appointment and was non-communicative, unfriendly, annoyed throughout appointment. Tested stove to determine part needed. Told me he would order part and call me w/in 2 days or so to arrange second appointment to install. Never heard back.

I have used Autumn Appliance many times over the years for large appliance repair (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers) for my home and for apartments that I rent. Dick is the owner and usually does the work himself. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, the prices charged and the promptness of the various repairs. He has always come when he has said. He is extremely honest and I know that when he says an appliance is not reparable, he is not just trying to sell me a new one. When I have bought appliances from him, the prices were very competitive and he took care of all aspects of the removal/installation. I also am renting coin-operated machines for a small apartment building I own. I have been happy with the machines and with his responsiveness when there was a problem.
