Absolutely outstanding! For this most recent job I asked Suresh to touch-up our condo which he painted several years ago when we moved in. He had saved all of the paints from the initial painting and was able to match the touchups perfectly to minimize the costs to us. He is a perfectionist in general, but in cases where you are looking for minor touch-ups, he knows how to tailor the job appropriately. He takes pride in the work he does, and it shows. He does not cut corners, making sure what he does will look beautiful for years. He was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness on past projects, and he has a great eye for colors. I have always found him to be professional, efficient, thorough, detail oriented, and most important extremely ethical and honest. When any problems arose (for example we had an outdoor job where the shingles had a water problem and bubbling occurred), he makes sure to bring them immediately to our attention and will make sure he addresses the underlying issues rather than providing a quick fix that won't last. I will always plan to hire him for future work and would hold off on a project if his schedule were too busy because I'd rather wait and have him do the work. I recommend him most highly. My only hesitation in adding his name to the list is that I fear he will be too busy for our next job! In the past we have recommended him to many people, and they have loved his work and used him time and time again as well.
