Exterior Painting
It didn't go well at all. They subcontracted the work to another company which did such a poor job that the paint began to chip in a matter of months.

"This is not true the customer. I saw the struggle that Mr. Pacheco had to address your demands. You were trying to take advantage of our painters since the beginning and you know that. Mr. Pacheco is out of the State and will be back on this coming Monday and he, himself, will give you a more detailed response on that unfair review of your. Thank you."

Exterior Painting, Pressure Washing
First day I came from work and saw four guys were working, and they told me that half the work is done. I checked around- they had not even washed the house, and forgot about scraping and other things he had promised. I called him immediately to look at the work; he came to our house after 2 hours and told us that he was going to change the crew since this crew did not want to work on my house. Two weeks later, another set of people came. These guys seemed a little better and one of the guys spoke good English too. After work was done, I checked and found that two of the areas had wrong color. All the houses in the neighborhood have same configuration. I called- no response. Then I e-mailed- no response. After 3 months, when we saw some paint peeling, we checked all around the house and paint was peeling. He had given us 5 year warranty. This work did not even last 5 months. We called and he is now telling all kinds of stories, but not doing any fixing.

"We have our own employees who are very responsible. We work with teams of two or thre depending of the type of job. The problem is that this particular client wanted us to do much more services than we agreed on and at the end didn't want honor the fair payment. It is a shame how ill intentioned people try to damage a company's reputation. Anyway, as I mentioned in the previous response, Mr. Pacheco will be back on Monday and have a more detailed response to that absurd."
