It started with... we only knew we wanted tile floors and had picked out a tile we liked (we had a sample board). Randy talked us through options, provided suggestions, showed photos and helped us decide on an amazing floor.
Estimate was for 1 week, was finished by lunchtime on Friday. Crew was respectful and professional. About 1/2 the project cost was materials, balance was installation (~3600). Randy threw in some fantastic "extras" (nice patterned area in front of two entryway doors).
Great service, great installation team.
We also worked with Gabe at "For The Love Of Tile" in Westminster. She helped us choose the tile and connected us with Randy.

For right now, he is unresponsive. He has not come back to finish the job. I am having difficulty getting them to return and finish the job. The quality of work is great. The unresponsiveness is unbearable. Right now I would say avoid them. It is to the point if I don't get an answer soon or get a firm date of when the job will be complete I might seek legal action.

He has always come in on time and keeps us informed on the projects. He has stayed on budget and performing a few extra services and not charging for them. Each day they clean up the area and we have had no problems so far!
