I did my homework before hiring them so I was well aware of pricing from other locals and the internet before I started the process. They were able to provide me with the quality flooring that I wanted at a price I could afford. We divided the job into three phases which was no problem for them and they came on the exact day and time promised and finished earlier than predicted. Neat and tidy! The one draw back is that it is family owned so the showroom hours are limited. I would look at samples on line or other sources a lot because they are only open one night until 6 p.m. and no weekends. Overall: Thrilled with my floors!
