I called the Chelmsford Junk King but the Fitchburg team came. The two offices help one another to give faster service. The two men were great. They were prompt, quick, skilled, pleasant, and considerate. The price was reasonable. I would call them again and recommend them.

Excellent service - the in-person estimate was professional, correct, and conducted by the same person who then came to remove the items. The three person team of Omar, Mike, and James were efficient, professional, friendly, and helpful. As they removed the items from my home they were careful of my walls and other furniture. As they pulled away, a very small item fell off the truck that I could have easily picked up and put in the trash; however, they stopped the truck and one of the gentlemen hopped out to pick it up and put it back in the truck - attention to detail! My highest recommendation!

The previous year I had junk removed by the one located in Chelmsford. I felt the people in this unit were much nicer to deal with. The next time I will try to use them. Although the folks from Worcester who did come said it was in their geography

They were professional and everything, but I feel I was overcharged and that he used the deal to reel people in and then add extra charges for very minimal work. I felt like he was just trying to get extra money and I was being taken.

Terrible customer service. There was a small billing discrepancy over a coupon code. When I scheduled the pick up, I was told that i had a coupon on file. However, the local office didn't have a record of it. Junk King called for the coupon code while I was putting my baby to bed. When I said I didn't have time to talk, he sent me a nasty text message threatening to take me to small claims court.

"Customer was never told the coupon code was on file with us, the coupon code is with Angies List we need the coupon in order to honor it. The coupon was expired 2 years ago we said we would honor it but needed the coupon to do that. The customer did not have the coupon when we did the job, she said she would get it to us later that day never did, then she said she would get it that weekend never did. I then asked her to get that week never did. customer was called 2 weeks after we did the job and she had continued to promise to get the coupon but never did. The call the customer is referring to during the feeding of her baby was at 6pm because she promised to get the coupon by 5pm and never did (I did not know she has a baby or that 6pm was bad time). When I spoke to the customer she REFUSED to get the coupon and then hung up on me, saying sorry I am not going to get it you are just going to have to "do it yourself". I left a message saying she needed to get the coupon or we would be going to small claims court. So the customer decides to call my house at 10:30pm at night and wake everyone up, Im pretty sure she knew that 10:30pm was not appropriate. Then left a message on my phone saying go ahead and take me to court cause everyone in her family is a lawyer. I have dealt with a lot of customers but never had anyone like [Removed member name]. I gave her more than enough time and opportunities and she lied over and over about getting the coupon."

Do not do business with this company
They told me they would come and take 1/8th of a dump truck, or about 1.5 standard dump truck bed loads. They came a took ONE CHAIR and said that was all I paid for.....that's what I get for $80.00?? Seriously, stay away from them or you will get ripped off just like I did.
I had also called the office prior to the appt to verify the size of the load. I was told they would take 1.5 standard size truck beds worth. But when they arrived it was a different story indeed. They are con artists and nothing more.
