They provided a great experience from start to finish. No pressure from the salesman, who came across as one of the most genuine people I've ever met it sales. The asking price was already fair and accurately reflected the condition of the vehicle using very strict rating standards. (This was a pleasant breath of fresh air, after having encountered other used car dealerships recently that insisted that Average condition vehicles should still warrant the price of a vehicle in exceptional condition).
The price was so fair that after having the salesman agree to take $200 off the window price, I was done and agreed to purchase the vehicle on the spot.
The office handled the process from deposit, to purchase effortlessly in a very friendly and courteous manner. I actually finished the transaction before the vehicle was fully serviced, on a hand shake agreement that they would properly service the vehicle and correct any mechanical issues they might discover. They kept up there end and in addition to servicing the vehicle even surprised me by putting two new front tires on in place of a pair that still had about a 30% tread remaining.
The only hiccup was that the servicing of the vehicle was a little delayed and I had to wait an additional day longer than anticipated to take possession of the vehicle. I consider it only a tiny inconvenience and appreciate the thoroughness of the job.
Friendly, genuine salesman and staff. Very fair pricing based on the true condition of the vehicle and a no pressure, conversational sales process? Yes please! I just wish more dealerships operated in this manner!
