We also have a fully licensed HVAC department for any heating equipment service and installation or air conditioning needs. They were fabulous. We used them for years, but the were purchased by another company that didn't sell or service the particular oil burner we wanted. They were very competitively-priced.

We have a contract with them. You do this in August, but it came down to the wire with them, because they waited to figure out how much the oil would be, and I took the contract at $3.50 a gallon. Who knew that the gas and oil prices were going to go down. The oil is like $2.99 or lower now. I am stuck with the contract of $3.50. I have the choice of paying the lower price through the insurance. I just buy the oil in the contract. You do have a choice, you can pay extra for the insurance if the price of the oil goes down. The same thing happened 5 years ago, and a lot of people signed the contract, and they were all unhappy. They have now added oil services, which they never used to do, so they will send out somebody to service your oil burner. I haven't tried it yet.
