Very happy with the service and them also. They were very personable and accomodating. I would use them again.

I called and spoke directly to the owner about their services. He was very knowledgable about cleaning different kinds of carpet and gave me an estimated cost. Rugs were picked up and delivered back just over a week later. We were very happy with the quality of work performed. It would have been nice if the braided rug could have been re-sewn in a couple of areas, but they don't do repairs. Actual cost was very close to the estimate. Overall, a very good experience. I would use this company again.

Overall went well except for a scheduling mix-up where the appointment had been incorrectly scheduled; however, when they were a no-show and I called, they found the mix-up and were still able to send someone over.

Matt and his colleague came on time and did a thorough cleaning. Our basement is used as a music/hang-out space for teenagers so it has taken a beating and it really looked and smelled amazing after the cleaning was done!

Great job. Two man crew arrived on time and used ramp to bring in equipment rather than dragging on outside stairway. Hand carried all equipment to second floor. Thoroughly vacuumed all areas on both floors. Scrubbed tile and carpets. Greatly improved look of both tile and carpets. Wear and traffic patterns in carpets almost eliminated. Tile and grout very clean. Edges of rooms cleaned as well as centers. One small area in hallway missed and responded immediately to telephone contact. Arrived next day and completed cleaning area.
