He was careful with my hardwood floor. He removed the mice that built a nest at the back of the refrigerator. That's what was tripping the motor because they shredded up some insulation. He removed all of that and then he vacuumed it all out and he just charged me for the service to reset the motor. He came right away when I needed him, I didn't have to wait.
